the beautiful girls

friday night was amazing.

went to see The Beautiful Girls play at Panthers, supported by Washington & our locals, Barrel House.

great gig! with i think over 600 people in attendance. i took so many photos, will upload more soon to the blog. otherwise they will be on the website & facebook page shortly.

next gig is Grinspoon, also at Panthers on August 19.

make sure you get your hands on tix asap!

what a beautiful day today!

i must say i quite enjoy port mac.

20 degrees and sunshine. spent the day at the beach just chilling & ready a book.

tomorrow starts a busy 6 months ahead with my own business, full time tafe & working for cross section/festival of the sun.

plus it's the countdown to summer!

weekend adventures

spent the weekend in byron. randomly!

we were supposed to just go on a road trip to coffs harbour, but at the last minute decided byron would be better!

there was lots of goon, shots & shakers. plus pies, angry bar managers and a shared hostel room. the beach the next day was beautiful but the drive back seemed to take forever!

can't wait to go back.

p.s today my housemate katie and myself drove to coffs harbour - i don't think i've ever been so excited to go to kmart & cotton on body. was a great little adventure!
