Long trip home

Well I've been up since 3am, more widely known as 'stupid o'clock '. Driving with my step dad down the coast from north haven. Not a very exciting drive in the dark but was made a bit more bareable with the addition of a police scanner/radio thingie.

Took some photos while driving and watching the sun come up.

On train now from Newcastle back to Sydney.. With no head phones. Talk about stupid. Can't even listen to music!

17 days to stereosonic. 16 days til adelaide.

ahhh, i cannot wait. flights paid for, accommodation paid, ticket has been purchased... now all I need to do is turn up and have money to get loose!

been busy at home today, sent like a billion emails... trying to organise so many international acts for Hobart over the next 12 months.

tomorrow is going to be another beautiful day in sydney. i think i might spend it at the beach (perhaps northern beaches?) and then shopping + beautician at warringah mall.

need to paint my nails a new colour but there is just nothing i'm falling in love with this season! so i guess there are going to be black... again.

relocating, hello beaches

househunting is a bitch. I currently live in inner west area of sydney.

I love it, it's a cute little area with the city really close by. cheap cabs home and a safe area.

but what I do miss is the beach.

and i mean, being able to take a short stroll to it anytime i want.

i used to live in bondi - and i hated it because of the crazy amount of tourists and backpackers (not a fan of them at all - i mean have you seen how they dress?)

so now i'm looking at moving north. but not too far and kinda east. to Sydney's beautiful Northern beaches area... manly right up to Palm beach.

i have fallen in love with the area, beaches are everywhere and they are all amazing... that plus the hottest guys i've seen in sydney since i've been here.. what more could I want?

I just want to leave the city behind, spend my days by the beach and nights chilled out with a few beers and a BBQ. I want to continue working as a stylist and event manager from home and why not do it 100m from a beach?

my mother and step daddy came and visited me last week with the puppies. we spent the day at curl curl and had lunch in dee why, then drove up to palm beach. it was lovely.

anyway, i know i've been slack with the posts lately - super busy.

will post more soon including some shoots i've worked on and some gorgeous vintage finds.

spending the night watching 90210 (my new obsession) and eating icecream - it's still 32 degrees at 9.46pm... it was 39 degrees today! craaaazzzy.
